We have thoroughly enjoyed our first week of clubs, which the children have attended within their year group bubbles – the range has been impressive.

Lots of languages have been explored, including German and Mandarin, delivered by staff from Oundle School. Our newly revamped Woodland Garden has been put to good use with children from Reception, Year One and Year Two all exploring opportunities within this wonderful space. Mr Crook, from his new house in Scotland, expertly delivered his chess clubs to Years Four, Five and Six, ably assisted by LJS staff and technical wizardry. Our range of sports activities have been very popular across the school, with netball, cross country, hockey and multisports being well attended. Creativity was flowing in woodwork, cross stitch and other crafty clubs.

We’re all looking forward to doing it all again next week!
