Children entering primary school today are stepping into a world where jobs they’ll one day hold don’t even exist yet. In a landscape defined by rapid change, adaptability isn’t a bonus, it is a necessity.
Across industries, employers consistently rank collaboration and communication among the top three most‑valued skills. When children practise teamwork early, they grow into confident, capable problem‑solvers who can navigate complex challenges with others.
Over the next decade, the average person is expected to change careers 5–7 times. That means children need more than knowledge—they need the ability to learn, unlearn, and adapt with confidence.
When children engage in hands‑on, open‑ended challenges, they build the courage to experiment, innovate, and imagine new possibilities. Our Infinitas programme is part of our timetable, a dedicated part of the curriculum to support them in these lifelong skills.
Infinitas is a bespoke skills-based, experiential learning journey for pupils in Years 4-6, designed to spark curiosity, build confidence and expand young minds. Children explore the world in connected, meaningful ways, linking subjects, ideas and skills to bring learning to life. Through Infinitas, we want to prepare children not just for school, but for life beyond its walls, nurturing future-ready skills, encouraging global contribution, and inspiring a mindset ready for whatever comes next.
