Our library is a warm, welcoming space where children read, explore and learn with confidence. It provides up‑to‑date books and digital resources that support all areas of the curriculum, helping pupils develop strong research and information‑handling skills using books, iPads and PCs.
Above all, our aim is to inspire a lifelong love of reading. With a diverse collection, a calm environment and the expert guidance of our librarian, every child is supported in finding stories that interest, excite and motivate them. Our library is a central part of school life, a place where curiosity grows, wellbeing is supported and imaginations thrive.
In a world where knowledge is rapidly expanding, the way forward in education must be through equipping children of all ages with the skills to find out and learn independently from a range of resources. At the same time increasing leisure will be enriched by developing the habit of reading for pleasure. Our school Library has a vital role to play in both processes.
