We were delighted to welcome Friends of LJS into school to view our fantastic new playground equipment, which they had raised funds for over the course of several months.
Our School Council proudly showed them around the new additions, including the construction blocks, stage, chin‑up bars, traversing wall and wellbeing hut, explaining how pupils are enjoying using them at playtimes.
We shared some lovely refreshments together, and it was wonderful to see just how much excitement the new equipment has brought, with some of the adults even having a go on the traversing wall themselves!
