Archery GB has released the 2025 Junior Rankings, and we’re thrilled to share that Bertie, in Year 6, has been ranked Number 1 in the Under‑12 Men’s Recurve category.
This is an outstanding accomplishment, especially given that he had to submit three qualifying scores from just six competitions. Even more impressively, Bertie placed 54th in Great Britain across all male archers under 21, a remarkable achievement for someone his age.
These rankings cap off an exceptional year for Bertie. Over the summer of 2025, he earned his Outdoor Grand Master Bowman c
lassification and was subsequently selected to represent the East Midlands region.
We’re incredibly proud of everything Bertie has achieved so far and can’t wait to see how his archery journey continues to develop in the years ahead.
