The teaching staff enjoys a wealth and variety of experience and expertise. All are well qualified, with a wide variety of backgrounds. The School is recognised by the Independent Schools Council's Teacher Induction Panel as going 'well beyond the statutory requirements' in supporting its new teachers.

The Head is supported by a first-rate team of teachers, classroom assistants, secretarial and administrative staff and ancillary workers. All are well attuned to the ethos and aims of the school..
