LJS supports many charities throughout the year. Each House will hold events to raise funds for their particular charities; visitors will come to talk to the children about charity work in the area; we support Jeans for Genes Day; we support the Royal British Legion in November; the PFA will organise events.

To show how important we consider this aspect of school life to be, we have a Charities Prefect chosen from amongst the Year 6 pupils.
